DELIVERY AND RETURNES

Guidelines for Christmas deliveries

 

Make sure to complete your Christmas orders on time, to receive them by Christmas:

Italy - recommended by December 10th

Rest of Europe - recommended by December 7th

 

 

Delivery time

 

The goods are shipped within one working day from the sending of the order confirmation email, and are generally delivered both in Italy and abroad within 3/5 working days.

Delivery times are indicative; Juliet srl will not be responsible for any delivery delays.

You can follow the delivery status through the tracking number that we will send in the goods dispatch confirmation email, or through your account on the site.

 

Delivery methods

 

Juliet srl delivers throughout Italy, Europe, Canada and United States.

The goods will be shipped to the address indicated by the customer, we advise you to pay attention in filling in the shipping data and to provide a home where you are easily available.

The goods can also be collected at our store, at the following address, at the times specified below:

from Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 19:00

 

The total purchase amount, including shipping costs, will be displayed at check-out.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total volumetric weight of the goods purchased.

There are some places called Disadvantaged for national expeditions, these are difficult and expensive areas to reach (eg smaller islands, mountain passes, Venetian Lagoon etc ...).

In these cases, following payment of the order, Juliet srl will contact the customer to inform him of the need to pay a supplement of 10.99 euros + VAT.

Before concluding your purchase, you can consult the list of disadvantaged places

 

Only upon the payment of this supplement will Juliet srl send the customer the order confirmation by e-mail.

 

 

 

Replacements and Returns

 

If you wish to replace a purchased item, please notify us within fourteen calendar days of receiving the goods.

send us an e-mail to mail@romeogiuliettashop.com specify the SKU of the purchased object (identification code) and the SKU of the object with which you would like to replace your purchase ( remember that each size and each color are distinguished by a different SKU ) .

Also specify the order number, which you will find on the confirmation email received at the time of purchase, and the reason for the return ( e.g. size change; production defect; damage occurred during shipping, delivery of a product other than the one ordered ... )

 

If at the time of delivery the package showed anomalies such as tears, crumpled or open parts, do not sign the delivery document, but specify in writing that you accept with "CONTROL RESERVE".

Photograph the document that will remain with the courier and the damaged package, and send it to us via e-mail within a week of the delivery date, so we can start a procedure for the refund of the goods, if it has been damaged.

 

Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged or when a manufacturing defect occurs. Items damaged due to wear are not considered defective.

 

The return must be sent back by the customer, within fourteen calendar days from the receipt of the goods, in the original conditions, not used, with its packaging intact, accompanied by the summary document of the original order and the Return Document (downloadable below site).

 

The returned product will be inspected in order to ascertain if there is an actual defect, in which case we will be happy to replace it or if it is out of stock, to fully refund it. It is essential to fill in the return document, entering the bank details for the refund, which will take place within two weeks of receipt of the goods , by bank transfer or directly through the used payment method (Credit Card..).

If during the inspection Juliet srl ascertains that there is no actual defect, the return will not be accepted, and the customer can choose to have it returned, taking care of the return costs.

Julietsrl will contact the customer in order to provide the Banking account information, to pay the shipping costs.

If the customer refuses to take on the delivery costs, Juliet srl reserves the right to retain the product and the corresponding amount.

In the case of accepted returns, the subsequent shipment of the replaced goods will take place in the shortest possible time and will be borne by Juliet srl.

 

 

Right of withdrawal

 

Article 52 of the Consumer Code establishes that the consumer, when it comes to remote contractual proposals, can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to specify the reason for rethinking, and without suffering penalty.

 

To exercise this right, you must send a registered letter with return receipt (A / R) to the company's registered office (JULIET srl Via Cappello n. 23 37121 Verona-Italy), or send a legalmail to julietsrl@legalmail.it   and specify:

the SKU of the purchased object (identification code) and the SKU of the object with which you would like to replace your purchase (remember that each size and each color are distinguished by a different SKU).

Also specify the order number, which you will find on the confirmation email received at the time of purchase

 

As soon as Juliet receives the communication, she will contact the customer, who will then have two weeks to return the products.

The returned products will be inspected in order to ascertain that there are no damages or missing parts.

In the case of damaged items, the right of withdrawal will lapse and Juliet srl will return the purchase, charging the customer for shipping costs.

Julietsrl will contact the customer in order to provide the Banking account information, to pay the shipping costs.

If the customer refuses to take on the delivery costs, Juliet srl reserves the right to retain the product and the corresponding amount.

The intact products will be fully refunded by Juliet srl, within fourteen days of receipt of the goods.

 

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

· The law applies to products purchased in their entirety; this means that it will not be possible to exercise this right only on part of the purchased items.

· The product purchased must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and accessory documentation);

-The Original Order Summary Document (the one you received with the items) and the Right of Withdrawal Document (the one you find attached below), must be put inside the box and send with the items.

-Shipping costs for returning the product are charged to the customer;

-Shipping is under the full responsibility of the customer.

How to return or exchange an item

 

Put the object back in its original packaging, pack it carefully and safely and insert the return or withdrawal document that you find below, completed in all its parts.

 

Please note that when you return an item, it will remain under your responsibility until it is delivered to us.
